Implantation bleed?

Hi, I am just wondering if anyone can offer any advice or reassurance. I was due to ovulate on the 7th and on Tuesday 12th I had cramps (like constipation) and then had a little bleed, I literally stood up and felt it. Other than a little pinkish spotting when I wipe (not all the time) I have had nothing like that since, a few cramps that is it. AF is due on the 22nd, could this have been an implantation bleed? We are in between treatment and have continued to try naturally whilst on a break. Have been ttc for about 4 years now. Thank you. x

Implantation bleeds will be different for everyone. If you have no history of pre-period spotting this could be a good sign. But the truth is that you just won't know until your period is due. I know that's a really frustrating answer, and the 2ww seems to drag every time. Just don't go overdoing it for the rest of the 2ww. Watch some boxsets, relax, and take care of yourself as if you were pregnant. Good luck
