That’s great news and bye bye to the progesterone!! I was using the pessaries until 10 weeks and then was told to come off them as our bodies will be producing enough and I’ll be 29 weeks tomorrow. So nothing to worry about.... baba is growing nicely in your tum! Xx
I came off my progesterone slowly between weeks 9 and 10. It's nervewracking, but what isn't in this game? Anyway, it was fine and at 12 weeks you'll be totally fine. Hope you're feeling better soon xxx
Congratulations! My 12 week scan is the day before yours. Yes it is completely fine coming off progesterone. My clinic actually told me to come off it after the viability scan, and I didn't notice a change at that time. It might feel a but scary, but your placenta will have well and truly taken over by 13 weeks. You'll be completely fine. X
I’m also worried about coming off the Progesterone, my clinic have told me to stop this week which is 9 weeks but most people I have spoken to have stopped at 12 weeks. Good look with your appointment!!
I wrote a post terrified to be coming of meds. You hate them then when your time comes to get of them you love them and don’t want to let go.
I came of mine weening of at 12 weeks stopped by 13 weeks. No probs at all. Booked a private scan at 14 weeks for piece of mind and all was just good.
It is a worry but you don’t see posts saying “ problems after stopping meds” I googled!
