Clomid periods

I've just finished my second cycle of clomid. My period was very painful and heavy for about a day and half and then stopped. My normal periods are 5/6 days. Is this because of the clomid, is it normal?

Hi Cr. Yes, I would say that the Clomid is responsible. Your body is responding to the drug, and hopefully during this next cycle, if it hasn't worked, you will get a more normal bleed. Good luck with it all. Diane

Hi ya, I really only bleed for a day or 2 - but had cramps for over a week and brown spotting. It'll think it's really common. X
