Bfp but have no tubes🤦🏽‍♀️help..?!

Hi so as some may no I did ivf last year as thats the only way as I have had both tubes removed due to previous ectopics.

So I've been feeling sick n some pains in stomach and my period was lighter than usual but was on time like clock work.

My friend forced me to take a test and I was reluctant and felt stupid as I known it's impossible

Well too my surprise it was positive I took another 4 and all positive so I immediately went to dr and they did hcg blood but came negative totally confuse and irritated 😫don't understand y I got positives on the tests to be honest jus wondering if this has happened to anyone or have some information

Wow that is really confusing. I’ve had both tubes removed and trawled the internet to see if anyone had managed to get pregnant naturally afterwards, but the only thing I found was that if a tiny bit of tube had been left behind where it was possible. Was your HCG level 0? Xx

Does that mean if you’ve only had them partly removed it could still be possible?

Hi Sophia. Can't explain this I'm afraid, but I would go by the blood test that shows you are not pregnant. It would mean IVF for you to become pregnant, or with a donor embryo. Diane

Hcg was 2 so they class that as a negative

Yeah I'm confused.ive taken another test and it is positive with faint line I'll post the pic.

I know it's not possible to get pregnant without any tubes that's y did ivf last year but unfortunately didn't work for us. Was hoping to try again later this year.

Going to just wait it out and maybe it could be another health condition as not feeling well too.

Did you use a blue dye test? Sometimes they can show evaporation lines that can look like positives xxxx

I have heard that blood and/or protein in the urine can give false positive results. What did your GP said?

I've read somwhere that certain cysts on ovaries can give a positive test. I too have no tubes! Xx

Most women have low hcg level non pregnant. It's so miniscule it's not normally picked up by urine tests. Blood test is the only sure test. I'm sorry.
