Pain after msc medical management

Hello,

I’m 12 days after miscarriage-medical management (MVA). Everything went ok during the procedure but I’ve been having lots of sharp pains in my ovaries this week. They also feel ‘bruised’.

I thought maybe I’m ovulating but tests are negative.

I wondered if anyone experienced similar?
