Had my scan and only 1 follicle.

I have egg collection on Monday but trigger on Saturday night. I only have 1 follicle ready the others are below 10mm. Im so glad i will be using donor eggs too as it looks like this 3rd and final round for me is not going to work! Just annoying as my AMH went up from 2 years ago and I was hopeful i would get at least 5 eggs x

Good luck and wishing you all the best! As SME1 has said, it does only take one. I know it is frustrating and can seem like there is no hope, but you never know what will be until it happens and then take some time to approach that when the time comes. xx

They still have a little bit of time so don’t worry. I know it feels like the end of the road but don’t loose hope yet. Doing tandem is so good for peace of mind.

We’re going back January and will do just donor next time and as hard as it is, I want a baby so much, it will all work out for the best xxx take care

Thanks ladies. Yes my prev 2 cycles i had 5 follicles all ready but having 1 has shocked me. I had an idea they weren't growing properly as for the first time i have felt nothing on my stims and prev 2 cycles i had a swollen abdomen and shortness of breath. It just goes to show how in touch with our bodies we can be. Im glad im using donor too i am praying we make it to transfer and have at least 1 stick! This is the last round for me now so if we do go bk it will be for frozen ET only if theres any left over. Weve agreed no more rounds after this X
