So I have a BFP after 3 years of infertility. I am still in shock and want to be excited but I am so so nervous as only 3 weeks since transfer and so worried something will go wrong, I can't quite believe we are this lucky finally, and so many couples have been trying so much longer than us. I had a minor bleed which seemed to be implantation, and still having some cramps. Any tips to stop being so worried ?!?!

No tips on not being worried but just wanted to say a huge congratulations on your BFP and enjoy that feeling your worked hard to get there xxxx
Congratulations😀. Just take each week at a time is all I can say. It’s worked for me so far.xx
Congratulations.... just take each day as it comes and see each day as a milestone as lil baba is growing so rapidly... and just think that you are pregnant and that is possible xx
Congratulations that’s great news!!🎉 I’m in the same boat, trying to be positive but worried all the same!! Xx
Huge congratulations. I’m really happy for you. Enjoy this moment it’s magical ✨
As for tips my best advice is to take your pregnancy one day at a time & try to enjoy each day as it comes, you’ve gone through a lot to get there 😘( I’m 6 weeks 5 days pregnant after TTC over 7 years)
Wishing you the best with your pregnancy xoxo
Oh wow congratulations to you too after so many years! I’m 6 weeks tomorrow. Can’t wait to get to 12 weeks and then I think it might feel real!
Congrats xx
Congrats! Again, no real advice I’m afraid. I 6 weeks now and worrying until we have our scan next week. I was given advice from other ladies on here just to take each day as it comes and to enjoy the time being pregnant xx
Congratulations on you BFP xx
Congratulations 💐
No words of advice that you probably haven't heard but just generally trying to relax, keep yourself busy but don't do anything strenuous.
I've haven't got this far but I can imagine the level of worry and anxiety.
Try to enjoy your wonderful news, anyone who's ever been on this journey deserves every bit of happiness. Xxx
Congratulations! Xx
Congratulations on your pregnancy!! 😁.
I had a minor bleed at implantation then I had cramping until about 8 weeks so that can be normal. Unfortunately I don’t think you stop being worried but it gets less intense when you’ve had your scans. We booked in for several private scans and bought a fetal heart monitor just to check. But after 7 years of infertility we needed the reassurance. Luckily it was all fine and we have an amazing 12 week old boy xx
You’re a mum now you will be worrying for at least the next eighteen years ❤️. Congratulations and just relax as much as possible xx
Not sure you ever stop worrying but congratulations and I hope you have a wonderful pregnancy.xx
Congratulations! We were the same, nearly 3 years and nothing until we had our first round of ivf. I'm nearly 16 weeks now and the worry doesn' t get any less but I think once you have the first scan you will feel it' s real and that made me feel better x
