Has anyone had any success with IUI where the male has significant numbers of sperm antibodies?

Hi, my husband has antisperm antibodies but we have never tried IUI and moved straight onto IVF. I think it all depends on your age. If you are young, IUI might be worth a try. My husband also has other low parameters, particularly morphology. Good luck x

Hi Letsgetnetter21,

I will start an IUI on my next cycle. My husband has antibodies in his sperm but the sister told us that it was a weak positive.

I hope IUI work for us. Not really excited with all the hormones that I will need to take....
