Is there anything I can take or do to increase sperm count and motility that is proven to work?

We started with my boyfriend taking omega 3 oil capsules and vitamin C. Then he started taking Wellman conception pills and the consultant said to only take them as taking too many different things can be negative. Hey I hope my comment does not come in too late. There are some great supplements to help in this regard and have been clinically tested to work. The best are products that have been made from natural vitamins, minerals and herb extracts. Herbs like Ashwagandha have been used through out centuries to boost male fertility. Another thing, popular in Africa to boost sperm fertility and libido is called "Tiger Nut" in the local dialogue.
