Treatment survey

If you're going through IVF in the UK at the moment, or have had treatment in the past 5 years, the HFEA (the body which regulates clinics in the UK) would be really interested in hearing more about your experiences of treatment. The more people who respond, the greater the impact so if you have a spare 15 mins, please do fill it in - more info here
