Sensitive post: our ivf miracle

I wanted to share our very happy news that our baby is here safe and sound following a successful ICSI cycle last year.

I wasn’t sure whether to post this or not as I don’t want to upset anyone going through the torment of IVF, but I always drew hope from when others shared their happy endings so I hope this isn’t insensitive.

I was incredibly lucky to get pregnant after one cycle, and I found even that so hard and at times over the last 3 years of TTC felt so hopeless and depressed. I can’t believe that our baby is here at last and everyday I think about how I lucky we are that IVF worked for us.

I have so much respect and love for everyone in this group. I found it so helpful and supportive when I felt so low. Thanks to everyone here I got through a dark time. Infertility is such an agonising condition and doesn’t get the attention it needs.

Congratulations! I am so happy for you. Life is full of hopes and gifts. Infertility is a big problem and it is spreading like a disease. But with the advancement of science treatments like surrogacy and IVF are gaining popularity. Motherhood is the bestest feeling and every woman deserves to enjoy this. Sometimes things seem to be not working for us. At that time in life, we need some support and prayers. You are lucky that you found that. My best wishes to all those going through this journey.

He there dear. I would completely agree with what you said. First of all, I am really happy to hear about your success. I hope you are doing great. I know infertility may seem like a curse. However, it is treatable. there are ways to fight it. People usually don't talk about this matter. However its really important that we do. I hope people give all the support to infertile people. Lots of love to you all out there. Just be strong. Positivity is the key. Hold on to it and you will succeed. Take care and good luck.
