Update - Transfer Yesterday #firstivfcycle

Hi All,

So on day 5 yesterday of our 6 embies, 2 were blastocysts and up to scratch for transfer. 1 was transferred successfully yesterday 🏹😀 and 1 was frozen ❄️😀. Of the 4 left they haven’t developed enough to be frozen so have been discarded today 😞 - but not letting myself be too disappointed with that as 2-3 out of 6 was expected based on what the usual outcome is - I’m really grateful for my two little blobs (see pic for our blob that was transferred!).

Now for the wait which at the moment I feel fine with. Main question for anyone out there is suggested breakfast/lunch & dinners that are pregnancy friendly and are fresh and nutritious (avoiding the sugars and processed stuff that people advise against). If anyone has any recipes/menu plans I’d really appreciate you sharing them. I’m going to have a look on google now for inspiration 👍😃
