Do any of u got pain in your lower belly and back

Start yesterday but believed it was because I went shopping( needed a bit of therapy ) but today fell worse , like my period is coming 😔

The progesterone causes back ache and belly ache. Have faith x

I had backache and that is usually my first sign of period coming normally within a couple of hours- since having acupuncture my pms symptoms more or less disappeared except for slight backache a few hours before. I thought that was it but I had backache for a few days instead and then read about the progesterone. Come otd day I got my first ever bfp. Hope you do to x

Usually I don’t get pain when pms only day before

I’m having acupuncture ..might help

I am 6dp3dt and I had a couple of niggles yesterday but I think it’s just the progesterone. I’m pretty sure I had it before. My period came before otd on my first cycle but spotting only start around day 10. Implantation can happen at 10dpo which you are so could be a good thing x
