Hello when I called the nurse on day one to book in for 21 day injection she told me only protected sex x

They advice against it during a fresh cycle because your ovaries are large and after egg collection, there is a risk of infection. But on an FET, I don’t believe there is a reason not to have unprotected sex. There have been studies that show having sex a day or two before the transfer is actually beneficial. Supposedly the sperm signals your body to reduce antibodies and allow for implantation. We did it before FET. scholar.google.co.uk/schola...

Very True but you generally can trust peer reviewed scientific studies like the one I linked
