Overthinking on 2ww

I'm on 2ww and I know I'm over thinking but if I'm having the same symptom I get on run up to period does it mean it hasn't worked? Before my period I get a painful bit in my boob and I'm feeling that as normal.

I'm trying to stay positive but after 2 failed rounds doubts are kicking in :(

Try to stay positive. Think of yourself as Pregnant Until Proven Otherwise (pupo), and try not to think about what you are or are not feeling. The truth is that it is different for everyone although symptoms are so very similar to both. Good luck xxx

I think it is impossible to tell. With all the hormones we are taking you cant know if anything you feel is due to pregnancy, the drugs, or if its failed. Just have to hope for the best and try and stay positive. Im in the 2ww with 3 failed cycles behind me so know how your feeling and how hard it is. Wishing you lots of luck and hope its third time lucky for you xx

Every pregnancy is different and some women have never symptoms and others have all of them and usually they are v similar to pmt which can be confusing. Every fet I’ve had ive known when it hadn’t work because I felt absolutely nothing but all I did feel was slightly sore boobs off and on and even that disappeared until about 8 weeks. Good luck 🤞🏼Xxx

I’m in my third round of ICSI and half way through my 2ww - I’ve tried a lot harder to not think about symptoms this time and I feel calmer. I think google can be so tempting and we can interpret things to say what we hope. I’ve stated off - apart from this lovely site and it’s helping. Wishing you the very best of luck for your BFP xxx

Hi there, in my first attempt I had exactly the same symptoms as my period and was convinced that it hadn’t worked, but I did get a positive.

I know it’s easier said than done, but please try and stay positive as you can. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 for you 💕 xx

I am in the first half of my 2ww and otd is 6th July. This time I've had no symptoms whatsoever, I am trying so hard not to Google and test but it's so difficult. My first cycle I got a bfn and had so many symptoms, must have been the pessaries! We've got to try and stay positive, there's always that little bit of hope that all will be ok, things change so quickly on this journey from one day to the next. Good luck xx

On my second cycle I was positive my period was coming, as had usual backache, pains, cramps etc, however it wasn’t and it was a BPF. But you just never know till you have done that test. Keep the faith, Easier said than done I know! ☺️ good luck xx
