No period following egg retrieval??

Hello everyone

I had my egg collection 27th March and had to freeze all due to complications of OHSS.

I was advised to wait 3 months and then call on the first day of my period. However, I had a bleed 2 weeks after my egg retrieval as they said I would but then I've had nothing since! It's been 72 days, I do usually have irregular cycles but never like this. Just wondering if anyone knows if egg collections are known to cause your periods to go all over the place? As this is putting a delay in my treatment now and I'm getting so down about it. Going to ring the clinic in the morning

I also didnt have a period after egg collection.. i had to go on provera and then birth control ready to place in frozen eggs.

Call your fertility clinic to let them know xx

Weird question ave u taken a test 2? Because they dont take all follicles out only ones 17mm or over.. xx

Thanks for your reply. It's good to know that something can be done rather than waiting forever for a period so thanks for that! I had a BFN yesterday which as much as I told myself not to get my hopes up, was still pretty devastating x
