Low Amh and no period

Hi ladies, I’m looking for some info here.

My last period was at the end of April and since then, I found out that my AMH is 1.1 and that FSH is closer to normal than high (14.7 two weeks ago).

So my question is, do you have the same diagnose, don’t have periods and have period like cramps?

Because I’ve been having them and when I asked the doctor why I had period cramps and no period she said “I don’t know” and I don’t think this is the best reply coming from a doctors... I’m just looking for some clarity and maybe hope?
