I’m so sorry for your loss. I had the same happen last year. It was one baby and I had surgical removal at 8 weeks. It’s devastating, there’s no other word for it. But keep the faith. My little girl is due the same month as I had the operation but one year on. In 8 weeks. Don’t give up, I’m keeping everything crossed for you x
