Please help!

I started injecting marional Thursday night, problem is I am spotting/Bleeding. Rang the nurse and she said to live it till Monday and if it hasn't stopped then I should go in for a scan.

I am really worried and don't know what's happening to me. Has anyone of you lovely ladies experienced this and what was the outcome?
