I had my transfer last weds and trigger last Tuesday and I’m on 8dp5dt today. I have been told to go for my hgc blood test and pregnancy test tomorrow at the clinic,I think it’s too early but I guess as it’s bank holiday they can only do that date.
I did a hpt yesterday (just the cheap ones) and got a very faint positive, I tried again today and got the same a very faint line but it is there just faint , see pic below, yesterday’s and today, it doesn’t seem like hcg levels have rose.Do you know how long it takes to double? Is it still too early as I’m only 8dp5dt, I’m concerned that if I’m only getting faint lines now that the clinic might not pick up anything at all, all my symptoms have stopped ☹️ Anyone else experienced this and gone on to a BFP.
Thanks xx

Hey, your line is way darker than mine was when I got my bfp .. you could hardly see mine at all! My first positive was 8 days post too! How exciting, hoping this is it for you 😁😁 xx
The test strips aren’t a good indicator of whether your levels are rising or not, that can only be shown with blood tests at different days. But a positive is a positive, I’m sure it’s only faint because it is early days and you will have good news tomorrow x
Ooh congrats- I was told a positive is a positive but a negative could become a positive! Lol if that makes sense.
Ahh I am now tempted to test early 6-7dp5dt as hubby and I are away over weekend and would be a lovely surprise news to share it with him before we come back. But was worried it would be way too early. And don’t want to ruin my mood if it’s negative even though I know it could become positive later
Anyone else tested that early??
Looking good to me, especially for early days. Good luck tomorrow xx
