I’m curious... what is the official test date given by your clinic?
I’ll start... my clinic told me to test at 15dp5dt
(seems like a long time to wait! 😱)

That is long! I was 13dp5dt which I thought was long enough!
I was told 16dp5dt. But I couldn’t wait and tested by day 9
My clinic asked me to test 11dp5dt (16 days from the day after egg collection)
my clinic said 12dp5dt but i tested from 4dp5dt (i know!) and got a faint Bfp 5dp5dt
I'm also 11dp5dt... testing tomorrow!! Eek!!
14dp5dt. I phoned them on 11dp5dt and got told off, too early apparently. Phoned them again 13dp5dt and spoke to a different nurse and she accepted my positive 😂
My first ivf it was 12dpt, 2nd was 14dpt. Not sure why it's not standard across clinics 😕
My clinic said 10dp5dt. Got a BFP! I get confused as we are all told different days. I felt this was early compared to others.
my clinic said beta HCG 10DP5DT - that would be 15 days past retrieval. However I can only do the Beta HCG 13day past transfer ( lab is closed ) maybe being brave enough to do a clearblue at the weekend. until then PUPO !!!!
9dp5dt - so 14 days after egg collection. This is the case with my U.K. clinic (own eggs) and my current clinic in Greece (donor eggs)
Do we get different timescales because we're all on different dosages etc? x
No I just think some clinics are cruel and just want to prolong the agony of waiting!! Haha. Xx
No i don’t think it has anything to do with that. The only difference would be if clinics do a blood test on OTD which would have lower sensitivity to HCG in the blood versus a urine test. Must just come down to their own clinical experience. Maybe the longer waiting time is just to be absolutely sure.
Hi- I’ve just been told 11dp5dt
I did think that was early as my last one was 14dp I believe.
The longer you leave it I guess the better chance of a truer reading. If you do test early I would use a clear blue digital test also - better to be safe than sorry and test a few days later again if u have a negative.
I've always been told to test 14dp 5dt (FET), although i've always started bleeding before that date!
