So I’ve been waiting for my full flow cycle to start my first injections and today it is here whoop whoop scary of injections but am ready for this road ahead. Any advise on trying to keep calm when doing injections for the very first time. Thank u xx

Congratulations Julie, you'll be fine. I think the first one is a bit nerve wracking but once you do the first one, it gets easier. It doesn't hurt either xxx

Hi julietyler. Try melting an ice cube on the spot before injecting. It often helps to numb the area. Once you've done a couple, I'm sure you will be fine. god luck! Diane
