One of you lovely ladies recommended this book and I can't remember who or on what thread but THANK YOU!! This has totally changed my outlook as we start our IVF journey. It was just what I needed x

It’s such an amazing guide. It does talk about diet I think but it just makes things easy to understand.

I'm only half way through and there has been a chapter on nutrition 😁

Some of the case studies they refer to could have been talking about me which really helped!! Bit spooky....

It has completely changed my outlook/approach to IVF. In particular it has encouraged me to reflect on how IVF was impacting our relationship.

The book talks about everything from fertility, to nutrition and acupuncture and how to prepare for IVF. I've only read half but found it so helpful thought I would share 😁
