Hi Amy I’m ok work was tuff today I have cramping and bloating, currently lying in the sofa with my legs up in the air. How are you feeling.

oh no! what do you do? Try to rest and take it easy this evening! I have this week off, and am doing a natural cycle so dont have all the drug side effects- just progesterone, so am feeling alright so far! that said its early days!

I work as a rehab assistant with physiotherapist and occupational therapist, mines a natural cycle too, so just taking progesterone but it really doesn’t agree with my stomach.
