Worry about egg quality and transfer!

Hi everyone, I am new here. I saw a lot of vedio from YouTube from others who were from American. It seems many people success and follow their diet and myself together. Today I had my last follicle scan and the result I had ten eggs and two were overmature. I have appointment for eggs collection this Wednesday. I saw the forum here before and today, it sounds very difficult and I felt so worry. I have had a cold and feel sick from the second day I had injection. I stop to work for a month and try to relax. Can anyone tell me what kinds of activity or exercise I can do best this time and during the transfer? Thank you very much!
