Hey I am new to writing posts but I have been reading alot of psots for along time. Tomorrow is egg transfer day and I wondered if anyone had got any tips on what to eat and what to do for the 2ww. I seemed to have blocked out the memory of the first failed one.

Hi Gembob86 I’m currently in the 2ww (7DPT) on our fourth round. I’m a strong believer in sticking to a healthy balanced diet without getting too caught up in the fertility boosting diet fads. I am limiting caffeine and eating more pineapple than usual but as long as you’re taking your folic acid & eating fresh fruit & veg I think that’s all you can do. All the best for your transfer - do you know how many you are transferring yet?

Yeah I've been trying really hard to eat properly. Yeah the folic acid is in a multivitamin that I have been taking. Im guessing just 1 as the clinic I go to like to only do 1 unless there not good quality and they said ours is.
