Baaaaaad cramping

Hello I was just wondering if anyone had any insight into why I am having such bad cramping

I have had three pregnancy tests done all come back negative now started my period but it's sooooo painful I've not had cramping like this since I was a teenager

The best way I can describe it is like being constantly battered in my lower abdomen I'm very tired partly cos I can't sleep with the pain but just from being in pain all day. Pain reliefe does seem to soothe it but not for long and takes ages to work

Anyone have any ideas why the sudden change ?

When’s your appointment at clinic? Soon? Hopefully they’ll be doing tests that’ll put your mind at rest.

I have a friend who recently experienced this but her cycles after we’re fine. She claims her body was having a bad month. Ha!

Can you try a hot water bottle? That helped me; and a bath when I could. It’s all about relaxing the muscles xx
