Sorry tmi - Soft stools

So prior to pregnancy I'd normally go to the loo about once a day. Since being pregnant it's about once every 3 days. However each time I do go it's very soft stools, not quite diarrhoea as no cramps and not watery but not how I normally go.

Is this just hormones causing this and would there be anything I can take/do to try and get back to normal

I had this, just ride it out and it will soon settle xx

I notice this too..dreadful gas and yes about 3 times a day..sucks buy small price to pay is guess xxxx

Oh you're getting it worse than me if it's 3 times a day. I go once in about 3 days but it's still gross. However I'm totally fine with it if it's being caused by my growing baby ❤🌈
