Not posted before.

3rd DE transfer. OTD test is tomorrow but did hpt today and it's negative. So disappointed.

Did fertility treatment years ago without success. Applied to adopt and we were turned down. Won't go into detail but totally unfair decision. Took a lot out of us.

1st DE transfer failed, 2nd ended in miscarriage and looks like this is also a fail.

I will retest tomorrow but not hopeful. This is really the end of the line as there are no more frosties left.

I must be gentle to myself. I must remember all the good things in my life.

I'm sorry you are going through all of this! It's a lot to take.

I've not been in the same position but like you said, you do need to be gentle to yourself. Take time to process it and do whatever you need to.

I really feel for you reading this post, and can relate in some way, as we have looked at adoption but think there will be issues and got to wait till my husbands had major surgery before we can even apply, so currently going to the DE route too. I really don't know what to advise other than if every option is a no for us then I'm going to make sure me and hubby have some damn good holidays over the years and just do all the things we want to. Still not want we really want but helps ease the pain a little. Sending you a huge hug xx

I'm so sorry you are going through this, maybe in a few years you can try and adopt again. I know people who have gone through years of trying to get pregnant with no joy and they have gone on to live fulfilled lives, not the lives they thought they'd have, but still happy lives. Maybe you should consider some counselling to help you get through this heartbreaking time. Xxx

Maybe counselling will give me a chance to heal and find fulfilment and my new life path. Thank you for the suggestion. I am not ready to be defeated yet!
