Sensitive subject for many here so I'll ask my question in the comments

Feeling a bit relieved this morning after my spotting yesterday as it now seems to have gone for now. But it's got me thinking about it this means I'm definitely out of the woods for now of a miscarriage.

What I mean is if you are having a miscarriage once the bleeding starts will it always continue or would it stop and come back? I haven't had any pains and it wasn't fresh blood it was pink in some clear mucus then a few hours later some old dark brown blood on a pad. If this had been the start of a miscarriage would it have got heavier and worse by now?

Hey lovely.

Sorry your pregnancy hasn’t been smooth sailing ☹️

When I had my miscarriage at four and a half weeks mine started with red spotting then fresh blood with huge and I mean huge blood clots- I knew I’d lost the baby before my scan.

I think the fact it was light and not bright red is a very positive sign.

It’s very difficult when we fight so hard to get pregnant if we are lucky enough to fall it’s impossible to enjoy it because of worry and fear.

Keeping everything crossed for you xoxo

Oh Jess I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Miscarriage is the worst thing to go through especially after this journey. Mine was a mmc so I had no signs or symptoms so don't really know when i should be concerned. Thank you so much for sharing your story with me that was very kind of you.

Hey hun,

Iv had 6 losses and some that we're on the later stage 12-13 weeks they happened fairly quick like I has extreme back pain then cramps went to the loo and seen bright red blood then I could feel something was coming put my hand there there was baby ( that was my first) the others that have been earlier have been spotting that started pink then brown then stopped them started and done this for about a week then red blood then clots then I knew it was over. It's hard it plays on your mind like mad when you see blood but I hope yours stays away now hun and it's just one if those things 💗🤗😘

Thank you hun, so sadly this doesn't mean I'm out of the woods yet then. I'm due to do a cake smash photoshoot Tuesday and then back at work weds, thurs, fri but think I might cancel them all until after our scan Friday if we make it that far xx

I don't want to say yes or no we're all different and some ppl bleed all the way through pregnancy and everything is fine, I just wanted to share my experience with you. If I was you I would rest because if you did do anything in that time too physical and godforbid the worst did happen you'd only beat yourself up about it us women are good at that, at least if you rest you know in your head you've rested, though honestly we can't stop it if it's going to happen, it's such a scary time hun, I really hope it's just one if those things and everything is fine. Big hugs thinking of you 💗🤗😘
