Waiting for my third follicle tracking scan of the week... whilst sat in the hospital coffee shop I was sat behind a girl who was waiting to go into labour? About my age, same hair colour π
The birthing unit is right next to the clinic... thoughtful or tactless Iβm not sure...
In this instance Iβm treating it as a good omenπ€πΌπ
No actual point to this post! Have a good day, too all on their journey! Wishing us all good luck π

Hoping it's a good omen for you ππ€.
It must be men that designed these hospitals as there always seems to be a maternity ward near a infertility clinic π‘ as if we aren't tortured enough xx
Lol so true on the design front, in my previous clinic there was a pregnancy unit right next to the fertility unit, so you had to walk past loads of very pregnant ladies to get to the entrance. Oh and of course you guessed it, many of them 'taking some air' (aka having a cigarette). Idiots, I felt like slapping some sense into them!!
Hi seedgie15. Lots of expensive equipment used in gynae, obstetrics and fertility treatment, so they tend to group the clinics together, as too expensive to buy 3 lots! Hope all goes well for you. Diane
Good luck π I also thought that men must have designed them π€£ I agree the layout of these clinics is not well thought out, mine is an infertility clinic on Tuesdays and the rest of the week, it is the early pregnancy unit and next door is the maternity π so having to go in on a Thursday for a scan is "fun" especially when you get asked whether it's your first scan and the waiting room is full of people waiting to have their first pregnancy scans. π€πΌ for you xx
My fertility clinic was actually in the maternity unit!! They didnβt have enough cash so had to close the actual fertility clinic and set up a temporary one within maternity! Used to make me wonder each time I took that trip!
