Viability scan

Hi everyone

Could someone please tell me if the viability scan is done internally or with jelly on your belly please thanks

Internal usually as it is too soon to see anything externally

I had one internal and one on my belly, guess it depends on how far you are and on the sonographer x

Think they'll start on belly then go internal that's always the case with me with a loo trip in between, good luck hun 💗🤗😘

Yep usually internal. Some places practice doing a tummy scan first and then do internal, but normally it's internal as provides a clearer image. All the best!
