The perks of not having children (when travelling)

We've been up since 4am for our long anticipated ski trip.

Our group with children went through a special boarding gate whilst myself and Mr Jojo went through the standard gate. We lost the others as their gate was "chaotic" and spent a blissful 2 hours having a couple of beers and some breakfast, just the 2 of us. It made me realise that even if this journey doesn't end how we want to it to we still have each other and we'll be just fine. Sometimes not having children has its perks 😁 xx

So true Hidden I was randomly looking at flights the other day and how much it is to travel with infants. Me and the Mr £35 each return, baby £50 each return and they don't even get their own seat!! Lol! Will be totally worth it though 😊 Glad you made your holiday, hope everything else worked out OK. Have a great time xx

Haha! Such a rip off when you have children! Like you say, it will be worth it if/when we get there.

When we were driving to the airport last night I did think how lovely it would be having a little one in the back getting all excited. Hopefully one day, but until then I'm going to enjoy not having to worry about anyone but ourselves. Hope you're ok xx

Have a great ski trip - I’m very jealous - and hopefully you’ll have a little one to take with you soon enough. Xxx

Not too bad. Joined a really nice gym last week to kickstart me back into exercising more and already feeling tons better. Hope the snow is good for you out there! Xx

It really does help, mentally as well as physically. I'm back at the gym and have started yoga which I'm really enjoying, much to my surprise!

Have you made a decision on your next cycle yet or are you giving yourself a bit more time? Xx

We had our follow up and the consultant said if we were to do a fresh cycle with own eggs again we’d be best waiting at least two months. That gives us some breathing space because we’ve made no decisions yet! Good that you’re enjoying yoga🧘‍♀️ xxx
