3rd cycle of clomid

I'm currently on my 3rd cycle of clomid and on cd18 with no signs of ovulation and negative opks since cd9. On my previous 2 cycles I had positive opks along with other symptoms on cd13 and cd14. My cycle lengths have been 27days and 28days.

Am I likely to ovulate this late in my cycle? Or has this cycle not worked?

I'm due back at the clinic later in the month to discuss further treatment options.

Has anyone else had this happen?
