DE Embie on board!

We had our DE ET on Saturday and all went well. We saw the embie on the screen before transfer and as it was a live camera we actually saw it starting to hatch! 🐣 It was so amazing and I feel really lucky to have seen it. As pants as it is having to go through this process to conceive, we get to see something really special that most parents don’t 😊

Three of our embies were good to freeze so it’s reassuring to know we have a back up plan if needed, especially as I didn’t have any to freeze on my previous 2 ivf rounds with my own eggs. Although I’m telling myself that it WILL work! 😉Got the call on Sunday to tell me unfortunately the other 5 didn’t develop well enough to freeze which is disappointing but I don’t think I could put myself through this too many more times.

So now the madness of the 2ww begins! xxx

I had all my next cycle planned out but got some routine bloods back at the end of last week, thyroid a bit high and prolactin way too high. Been put on levothyroxine and just have to wait until retest to see what both levels are doing so all plans out the window! Hopefully its just a wee bump in the road and will be good to go again soon, Im so impatient! Ha ha ha xx

I’m ok, anxious as hell, we are away this week as had a holiday booked which is nice to be away but I can’t do a lot of things which is making me double anxious. Scan on Monday! Xx
