Not always feeling morning sickness is this a bad sign or over worried. I had a miss carriage at just over 7 weeks many years ago.

When i lost my 1st pregnancy there was no bleeding but i did have a feeling a was missing something. I had my scan and was told the embie had no heartbeat and to prevent infection it got suctioned out. I dont remember much of sickness. I was very young only 18 I was in an abusive relationship. My life is very different now as got a lovely hubby who very kind but now im 35 years. Im pregnant again and awaiting 7 week scan. I dont always feel sick somedays i have nothing. Smells dont bother me. I may feel similar to motion sick 3 out of 7 days. Im terrified of no heatbeat scenerio. Im never actually sick its more around food times. Advice please xx

Hi! I'm 11+4, 12 week scan on Wednesday. I've not been sick once. I've felt it's been more like motion sickness as well. My symptoms come and go too. Because of a bleed we had 2 scans, first at 6+5 and second at 7+1 which showed a good heartbeat and good growth. But I'm on pessaries so could easily have had a missed miscarriage and it's a constant worry. If everything is fine on Wednesday I'll feel great for 2 days then will be full of worry as I taper down the pessaries and will worry until we have a private scan at 16 weeks. When I asked a similar question to you, one lady responded that even when you can feel the baby moving you don't stop worrying, you just worry about something slightly different! So I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in what you're going through, and symptoms that come and go can be normal with nothing to worry about. Good luck at your 7 week scan xx
