I am on day 6 of my cycle and day 3 of stims- I started cetrotide this morning and it’s stinging loads, is this normal? I’m worrying I’ve done the injection wrong....

If I remember rightly, cetrotide did sting for a while after injecting! Xxx

I'm sure my clinic told me to massage the site after doing the injection, it does help 😊

It did sting but eased up the more we did, or I got used to it. I always use ice xx

I found it was vey itchy around the point of injection for about 15 minutes. Just try to inject a different place each time.

Oh I remember that injection, first time I did mine I remembered the itch right afterwards, lasted about 30 to 45 mins. By the time I got undressed for bed it looked like I’d been stung by a bee. It’s normal luv. Your doing an amazing job as is everyone else x
