No sperm Johnson score 4 immature sperm on sperm retrieval

Hi

Any one had sperm from Johnson score 4 with medication ,partner has had surgical sperm retrieval with few immature sperm so put on medication for last year menupur and chlomid ,been one long journey last 5 year.would love to hear some success stories from any one in same situation as ours .
