Good morning everyone.

We are about to start our IVF/ICSI journey, my hubby had a vasectomy before we met and now 15 years later we have decided we would like to have our own baby, we paid for a reversals 4 years ago but that didnt work so last month we have had to his sperm taken directly which was viable so is now in the deep freeze, but now its now my turn to preform, My first injections start on the 12th Nov. My question is Has anyone got any hints and tips of foods/teas/herbal medicen etc that i can take to prepare my body more ready for all the changes about to happen x

Morning, before I started I googled it, ie foods to eat/avoid for ivf, and there Are some great lists on Pinterest. Try not to get too obsessed though. A happy mind and body is more important than one that has worried that it may have eaten salmon this month! 😂 Good luck x

Wishing you lots of luck, I would say just eat things in moderation as IVF can quickly take over your life. I did drink pomegranate juice as it’s meant to help with your womb lining, also I took pregnacare conception which includes the right dose of folic acid xx
