Peppermint Tea - after ET

Hiya girls, does any one have peppermint tea after egg transfer!? Also are pistachio nuts and cashews okay to eat for nuts and also tinned pineapple!? Thank you in advance x

Hi here. I'm over half way into my 2ww and I've been having a peppermint tea in the evenings. I have one only but I was never advised not too. I can't say for the nuts but I've been snacking on Brazil, almond and walnuts. X

It needs to be fresh pineapple as it's the core that's good x
