I'm so grateful for this form. My husband and I cant wait until our follow up appointment as well have a lot of questions we want answers. As I seen on here about low sperm count we will be asking what help is there for that. Or is our only option a sperm donor. But if we don't the correct answers within in the nhs I will be asking for second opinion.
Can I ask we don't know when we are starting our treatment again should I start take folic acid again and is there any thing else I could take. Thank u all for been my rock during this hard and sometimes impossible journey

Continue to take folic acid or a pre pregnancy multivitamin that contains folic acid like Seven Seas Trying For a Baby, for example. And good luck moving forward xx
You shouldn't need a sperm donor - with a low count they would probably refer you for ICSI rather than IVF so the sperm is injected directly into the egg. If he has sperm in his sample then they will be able to use that at the time.
As for you, start taking folic acid - I'm taking it through a Pregnacare supplement. There is also a Pregnacare supplement for men too - can't do any harm!!
