I have posted a few comments on others posts but thought I would just introduce myself.
I'm currently 1 day post transfer on my first ever IVF and trying to stay calm and relaxed. I thought staying home and walking the dog would be relaxing but I forgot my lovely hound is neurotic and doesn't know how to be calm which ended up stressing me out lol. Maybe I will take a stroll on my own in the woods tomorrow
Good luck to everyone and a massive hug to anyone going through a rough time of it. X

Good luck!! Stay positive though. I found the wait tough, but not as tough as some of the other points in the process. It's a time when I found myself more optimistic than at any other point - I figured I was just as much pregnant as not pregnant in that phase and that was a nice feeling You'll get through it we all do! Get yourself some treats every few days to keep your spirits up!
Thank you! I was more stressed waiting for the embryologist to call each day than I am now. It's actually quite surreal. Treats sound like a good plan x
Yeah, I know what you mean, that was worse for me too. If you get a positive the wait for the scan (3 weeks!!) is even worse!! Though at least you get to relish in your pregnancy symptoms at that point. (Mine was supposed to be this Friday but I sadly found out I'm not going to need it keeping focused on the fact that if I got pregnant once I can surely do it again!)
