Hi Del92. Try not to worry, as you may have nicked a small blood vessel when injecting. Hopefully it will reabsorb without anything being done, if that's what it is. Should it be any infection then you may need antibiotics. The scan will soon reveal what is the matter, then it can be sorted. Good luck with the scan. Thinking of you. Diane
