Day 1: Down regulation

Opted for the nasal spray because I don't mind admitting that I'm just a big wimp with needles and so why not be kind to myself hey!

Plenty of needles to come at the next stage so I won't miss out on being a pin cushion for too long...

Let's get this IVF journey on the road and see where it goes...
