hi Ghappy

I reduce my coffee up to max 2 cups per day, I'm eating more avocado and I stop drinking alcohol. Good luck xx

As the ladies have said, reduce caffeine intake, cut out alcohol, load your diet with protein, full fat dairy (if you can), avocado and brazil nuts. The brazils contain selenium which is very good for the reproductive system.

Oh and lots of water...this is one thing I haven't managed though. Can only drink water when it's hot and it really hasn't been lately!! ;)

Good luck xx

I didn't change my diet much for my first round but had awful side-effects from the Buserelin (terrible insomnia, extreme tiredness etc) so for my second round I wanted to try everything and I pretty much cut out sugar and gluten as best I could (they can both cause inflammation and too much of either makes me feel horrible anyway). I had virtually no side-effects from the drugs that time and also a better number of eggs collected.

I made sure I was having plenty of protein (especially lean meat and fish), lots of fresh fruit and veg and an avocado daily as I heard that helps!

I did also have acupuncture that time so it could've been a combination of the two things that helped.

I have a book by Madeleine Shaw called 'Get the Glow' and it's full of fantastic recipes that are pretty much sugar and gluten free and also full of good vitamins for healthy skin, hair etc. I pretty much just cooked from that and felt so much better for it.

Good luck! x

Forgot to say, I also cut back my caffeine intake. Taylor's coffee do a great 'half caff' cafetière coffee and you'd never tell it was half decaf!

I very rarely drink alcohol anyway but I would advertise she to cut that out too.
