1st menopur injection

I waa getting myself in a stress last night trying to do my 1st menopur injection Im on 300 iu so 4 vials but when i was bringing it back up in to the syrine it wasnt all at the top so i pushed the syringe but some come out so does that mean i lost to much and what am i doing wrong i have watched the video xx

Try flicking it a couple of times to knock the liquid down to the bottom of the syringe before you gently push upwards to expel the air. That way you should lose none.x

I found that getting my partner to do the mixing and just hand me the syringe so I could inject worked really well for both of us. Less stress for me and he said it made him feel better to be involved- I think the men can sometimes feel helpless in this process and maybe it's good for them to share the stress!

I got my husband to do the mixing and injections (I'm a wimp with needles). We found that he had to flick the syringe quite hard to get all of the air out, then you won't lose any.x

Just take your time pulling up the syringe and then you can get rid of any air bubbles at the end by flicking the syringe you can also pull down and push the syringe back up to get rid of any air. well done for getting through your first one I'm sure tonight will be easier xxx
