Folic acid seven seas & spotty face :-(

I've been taking these for a while and since I have I've seemed to come out with so many spots around my mouth and cheeks, just wondering if anyone else has had this trouble with them, or maybe it's not them and just stress

Everyday I wake up with a new one on my face! xx

Hello, I take the same pills. But I got nothing like that. May be talk to GP or Pharmacist to see. Stress is not good try meditate. It make me feel better. Hope it's help.

I second that stress can play havoc with your skin.. I'm naturally spotty due to pcos but I use the Seven Seas and notice no difference in my skin x

Must just be stress then, which I have been lately,

I'll have to try and find something to unstress me,

Just seemed it started when I took them,

I've never ever meditated and wouldn't have a clue how to, do you just listen to calming music and try and zone out? Xx
