Oh, I'm so sorry baby2016. I was so hopeful for you when I saw your tests had got stronger this morning. Is there someone at work you could confide in at all? At the very least try and get out at lunchtime for a break. Look after yourself.

I am really sorry to hear this. Is there any way you can talk to your boss about going home early? Such a horrible thing to happen. I wish there was more I could say to comfort you. Please try and take it easy. *virtual hugs* x

Thank you all for your messages. I've come home for the day, literally was a wreck and couldn't sit there acting normal. I've rang the epu and awaiting a call back from them. Hoping they can do some bloods today as least then they can confirm what I know. Just feeling crap now as after having both my tubes out and taking my steriods its still made no difference and i'm now having my 5th loss. πŸ˜“πŸ˜“ xx

Oh honey 😒 Please try and go home, you can't stay at work πŸ˜” Can you not just make something up like being sick? If you don't want to tell what's really going on? If your worried about your sick days get to your GP and get signed off, that way they can't touch you. Im so sorry for you both, I really am xxxxx

Hi misswinky, thank you for your messages. I am at home now, work will let me have time off its just I don't get any extra days till after 29th june! So had to be unpaid which we can't really afford xx

I know this will sound weird and I don't mean for it to seem insensitive, but in regards to having time off work, officially you should be covered by pregnancy sickness and that way it comes from a different sickness pot?

I'm sorry you are experiencing this X

Thanks hollibob, and your not insensitive at all! In my first year at work I get paid 4 weeks sick pay of which i've used it all on an ectopic last year, my op to have my tubes removed and EC. Crap that my year anniversary is next mon on which ironically I get a further 4 weeks full pay sick, but this week will just go down as stat sickness. So will just have to cope with that and have the week to get my head round everything xxx

It's not fair is it!!

I know a lot of people get signed off for IVF, but as my sickness was quite bad with laparoscopy and constant migraines, I used my leave. When I had the MC's, I either had my 3 days off or used pregnancy sickness as I didn't see why I shouldn't be covered by that!

Look after yourself X

Oh Hun I'm so sorry to hear this πŸ˜₯

I'm pleased that you've taken yourself home though as you can't work and deal with this also. Go to your GP and get signed off if you need to, they are very understanding about IVF.... Take the time you need and put yourself first. Lots of love xxx

My heart is broken for you hun. Please don't give up yet... I've heard of women who bleed when pregnant and go on to have a healthy baby. Please keep taking the progesterone and get some rest until you can have a test done. Sending you huge hugs xxxx

Sorry you going through this I know how it feels. Massive hugs to you xxx

Oh no sweetheart I'm so sorry just saw this :( thoughts and love with you and your other half. Take some unpaid sick days unpaid if you need to. I did that last year when all my fertility drama got too much for me. Your poor body and mind need to rest xx

So sorry to hear this-so upsetting & nothing we can say to make it better.

I would (when u r feeling up to it) phone ACAS to check with regard to work pay under these circumstances.

My previous employer did not pay sick pay so it was always just statutory but when I was off for 3 weeks after my miscarriage, I got paid in full. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure they are obliged to pay u in this situation.

Xxx
