I can't pee sice before transfer

I was told to drink a litre of water on way to Hosp this morn so when I got to Hosp I was bursting , they kept me waiting so they said I could go to the loo to do a small wee but not go fully as bladder needed to be full for transfer.

After procedure I went to the loo, but only a trickle ( think I was possibly worrying embies would fall out)

Drove home 1 hr drive still felt v full like I desperately needed a wee, and again - just a trickle, been trying again a few times but nothing.

My bladder feels full and I know I need to go, but I don't know if it's cos I'm nervous about going and still tense.

Any tips on trying to get the wee flowing ??

Trying to drink more water but am so full .

Try to open for the tap water and let it run while giving yourself plenty of time so you don't feel the pressure.

Any luck yet with your bladder?

Running tap sounds like a good plan, putting your hand in a bowl of water or sitting in a bathtub full of warm water can help too, but I don't know if you are meant to do the last one after transfer...
