Short term pill to stop Endo pain..?

Hi all, So I have Endometriosis and just been referred for IVF as my partner has a low sperm count.  My initial blood tests were all fine and they have said my Endo isn't affecting it.  I'm wondering if taking the pill for one month will have a big effect on my first IVF appointment, although we will probably be waiting longer than a month.  The reason is because I have a holiday, and my 30th bday party next month and don't want to spend it in agony as I'm usually bed bound with my Endo pain x

Hi amzip.  i would have thought it would be OK, but best to check with your consultant.  When you start your IVF/ICSI cycle, the specialists will be taking over your hormones anyhow, so can't see why you can't enjoy your birthday pain free.  Good luck with the cycle when it starts.  Diane
